For damaged or incorrect item exchanges, please contact us at info@krzywka.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll review requests for refunds or exchanges case by case. Any returns that don't follow the correct process may be rejected upon delivery.
Damaged or error exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. We won't accept returns for garments damaged by customers.
We provide refunds in the form of store credit only. If authorized, please allow 7 business days for processing. We won't produce your replacement garment until we receive and inspect the original one. If your garment has been worn, altered, or washed, your exchange request will be declined.
If the exchanged garment costs less than the original one, we'll issue store credit for the price difference. If it costs more, you'll need to pay the price difference.
Discounted items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
